Wooo…this is a MUST order dish at Swee Kee. Fried fish head with black bean paste. I don’t really fancy bitter gourd but the way the chef cook this dish, it’s so good till I don’t really taste it at all! I must say…Yummilicious!
在这里非点不可的一道菜就是豉汁炸鱼头配苦瓜。不喜欢吃苦瓜的人别担心,因为根本吃不到苦苦的味道。厨师炒得太棒了。

**顺便说一下,为了找出 hei-cho 的中文名,还真费了劲儿。最后通过一位旧同事的福建籍主管才确认了“虾枣”这个名字!谢谢我的这位“孙朋友”还有他的主管。
